Random Thankfulness

A simple and short post to share some of the random things that I’m thankful for this week:

• Old fashioned chocolate donuts
• The feeling 5 minutes into a kayak ride when you just notice the silence
• Encouragement from a friend when I needed it
• Fresh water… whenever we want it!
• Chips and salsa
• much needed rain
• a day of true rest
• Buffalo Wild Wings
• My health (despite donuts, chips and salsa, and wings!)
• My family’s health!
• My parents living 46 seconds from my house (by car)
• My daughter Ashley’s faith
• My son Alec’s desire to go to Azusa Pacific University
• My daughter Alyssa’s heart to serve

And most of all…

• My wife’s smile!
